Preventing Spam
- Users have to agree to upload rules before uploading
- Users can have an Upload ban for a certain amount of time
- Moderators can easily remove charts
- Users have a cooldown for uploading / daily limit
- The website has a general cooldown (x charts per hour) which can be deactivated (for charting competition deadlines)
- Captcha for uploading
- charts SRTB MD5 will be checked against already uploaded charts SRTB MD5 to prevent duplicates
